2. Communications: Communications are critical for coordinating the response and ensuring that all response personnel is aware of the latest information. Response communications should be tested and rehearsed on a regular basis.
3. Logistics: Response logistics are required to ensure that response personnel and resources are in the right place at the right time. Response logistics must be planned and coordinated in advance, and response personnel must be trained in their use.
4. Information Management: Effective information management is essential for coordinating the response and making sure that all response personnel has access to the latest information. Response information management systems should be tested and rehearsed on a regular basis.
